How Harmonia uses it
Scheduler sends control messages to SQS. The regular tick dispatches outboxes, checks scheduled jobs, and recovers missed work. Heartbeat, Dream, and Wakeup schedules are opt-in. Persisted cycle leases and per-workspace budgets prevent duplicate work. Paid synthesis remains disabled until explicitly authorized.
