How Harmonia uses it
Stage and production outboxes publish JSON envelopes containing data and trace/scope attributes. Workers validate the envelope, acquire durable claims, and acknowledge only a durable outcome. Failed and malformed deliveries remain for retry and dead-letter redrive. Visibility renewals protect long-running work; revision and approval checks remain authoritative.
