How Harmonia uses it
The host supplies one selected editorial item, its brief, referenced source evidence and brand constraints. noni_copywriter returns ContentDraft; noni_artifact_producer returns SemanticArtifactWireDraft. Both use us.anthropic.claude-sonnet-4-6 by default.
noni-writing-skills is compiled into the system prompt before inference. The host records activation provenance; the model does not call a skill loader. The draft variant exposes only search_verified_publications. That read must bind the current brief and returns records supported by persisted receipts and verification. The artifact variant has no tools. Neither variant exposes public-web search.
Handoff and revision
The host assigns authoritative artifact identity and evidence lineage, then invokes the matching Dara reviewer. At most one editorial revision is authorized, using the same source input and validated issues. Model output cannot grant publication permission, change strategy or write a receipt.
Evidence status
Registration lives in agent/harmonia_agent/agents.py; method and read validation live in noni_skills.py; prompt text lives in noni_prompt.py. Native Strands contract tests are local evidence only.
